My in-game name is Stim Sins.I’m a housing decorator and an omni-crafter based in Jenova (Aether). Currently, I am only accepting commissions on Jenova, but I am looking to branch out into other worlds on Aether. Commission Rates
Status: CLOSED
My rates are not set in stone and are subject to change in the future. The total commission cost will rise depending on the furniture pieces used and/or if the final design is more complex than initially discussed.
Small plots: 10+ million Gil
Medium plots: 20+ million Gil
Large plots: 35+ million Gil
The rates above are inclusive of decorating labour, design work, crafting, as well as the housing items that I already have. In the case of furniture pieces that are hard to get - I usually ask the owners of the plot to source the pieces for me, or front the material costs for me to craft the housing item in question.
I ask for a deposit of 1 million Gil up front before I can start drafting up designs. During the design and building process, I can be contacted on Discord for any questions, requests, and re-designs.
